Ambassador David Shinn’s Deceptive Rhetoric
Ambassador David Shinn’s deceptive rhetoric cannot justify the Ethiopian occupation of Ogaden and Ethiopia has no legal ground at all to occupy Ogaden. The fact remains that the British colonial power transferred Ogaden to Ethiopia without the knowledge and consent of the Ogaden people.
TPLF method of rule
To get an idea of why the TPLF, which represents less than 6% of the population, has kept Ethiopia under continued repression, it is very significant to comprehend the tactics and techniques they have used and still use. And I will try in this paper to discuss some of them in the context of Ogaden region.
